We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance for weddings and large events. For smaller celebrations, 4-8 weeks is usually sufficient. However, we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests!

Yes! We offer full event design and planning services. From initial consultation to final setup, we handle everything including vendor coordination, timeline management, and on-site supervision.

We're based in Tirana but serve all of Albania. We've organized events in Durres, Vlora, Saranda, and other cities. Travel fees may apply for locations outside Tirana.

Absolutely! Every package is fully customizable. We'll work with you to create a design that matches your vision, style, and budget. Mix and match services as needed.

Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full refund minus deposit. 15-30 days: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: deposit is non-refundable. We're flexible with rescheduling!

Yes! We offer flexible payment plans. Typically, we require 30% deposit to secure your date, 50% two weeks before, and final 20% on the event day. Custom plans available upon request.
